Matt and I have been running a few times a week after work to prepare for the San Diego Blood Bank 5K on July 10th. We bring Dignan with us and it's just about his limit...it's just about our limit too. Usually, afterwards, he just flops on the ground with his tongue hanging out.

Lucas' Birthday Party

We drove up to Ventura today for Eli's piano recital and Lucas' birthday party. I didn't get a picture of Eli during the recital but I got him practicing in the store beforehand. One of his songs was The Entertainer which I remember my mom playing on our piano when I was young.

Brad Luck.

Matt and I went to the neighborhood toy store to get something for Lucas' birthday and they had these Ugly Citizen dolls in a bin. I immediately latched onto this one and carried him around the whole time we shopped. At the end, I put him back in the bin but, 30 seconds later, I had to pick him up again and purchase him. Now, he is keeping watch over the guest room.
